Maintain and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor law and other relevant regulations. Work collaboratively and pro-actively with the business, representative groups and other committees to ensure statutory compliance and trusted working relationships. Represent HR in compliance and governance committees and collaborate with including Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Legal. Experience in managing reorganizations and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks is essential for success in this position. Demonstrated competency in local best practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements (such as GDPR, health & safety, benefits, and local documentation).
