Prepare and manage dosa/idli batter: soaking, wet-grinding, fermenting, and ensuring consistency/aging. Prepare and cook a variety of Chettinad and South Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options such as Chettinad Chicken Curry, Pepper Chicken, Fish Fry, kuzhambu varieties, dosas, idlis, and appams.
