You will be the driving force behind our regional marketing activities, moving from high-level strategy to "boots on the ground"execution. You will own the marketing plan, manage internal and external , and ensure a premium Devoteam experience across all customer touchpoints. * 40%: Team leadership, coaching, and acting as the SPOC for the Benelux marketing team. * 60%: "Doing" the marketing job - both feet in the mud. * Team Leadership & Coaching (40%): Lead, support, and further develop a 4-person Benelux marketing team spread across the region. * Strategy & Planning: Build, own, and drive the yearly marketing plan for the region, ensuring it aligns with global campaigns and local business goals. * Campaign Management: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns—including ABM plans for key clients and lead nurturing—to accelerate sales growth.
