The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Chettinad or South Indian cooking, a passion for authentic flavors, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Run the dosa station (eg, plain/paper/ghee roast, masala dosa, set dosa, uthappam, podi/egg dosa) for lunch & dinner service. Prepare and cook a variety of Chettinad and South Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options such as Chettinad Chicken Curry, Pepper Chicken, Fish Fry, kuzhambu varieties, dosas, idlis, and appams. 3–5+ years proven experience on **dosa/tawa stations**, **Chettinad speciality** and with **South-Indian desserts** in a professional kitchen. Clean, organised, fast and calm under peak service. Speaking English or Dutch is not an absolute requirement but a plus. We support every request from the employer to follow a Dutch course.
