Are you an experienced treasury professional looking to make a significant impact within a leading international food production environment? This European Treasury Manager opportunity offers the chance to shape treasury strategy, lead key financial initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Europe while managing a talented regional team.


As European Treasury Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury forecasting across Europe.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and credit insurers.
  • Oversee banking structures, financing facilities, guarantees, and treasury products.
  • Optimize working capital, credit management, collections, and funding solutions.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including FX, interest rate, and energy-related exposures.
  • Ensure strong treasury governance, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Support strategic financing, ERP, and treasury transformation projects.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional treasury team.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams.

About you :

  • You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 8 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience within an international environment.
  • You have strong expertise in cash management, financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
  • You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with strong negotiation skills.
  • You have experience with SAP and/or Treasury Management Systems.
  • You ideally have experience within the food, agriculture, or agribusiness sector.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is considered a strong asset.
