We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Support Engineer to provide both local IT support and "hands & eyes" services for remote infrastructure teams at Zedelgem site.
This is a broad and challenging role for a strong IT generalist who enjoys variety and impact, a role that requires a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, a talent for prioritization, documentation, vendor coordination, and high-stake production impacting problem-solving.
The role combines end-user support (1st to 3rd line), infrastructure management, networking -and server support, and on-site technical assistance for corporate IT, OT environments, IoT devices, scanners, and meeting room technologies.
The ideal candidate is a versatile IT generalist with strong troubleshooting skills, networking knowledge, and the ability to effectively bridge local business operations with remote technical teams. This is a full-time onsite contract opportunity.
