Robert Half is currently looking for an Interim Communications Manager (m/f/x) for an assignment of 3 to 6 months (4/5 or full-time).


Our client is a scale-up located in Brussels.

In your role of Interim Communications Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee all aspects of 360° communications, including digital strategy, reputation management, and consistent messaging across channels
  • Lead a dedicated team and manage relationships with a network of external partners
  • Handle crisis communications, engage stakeholders, and build vibrant community networks
  • Monitor and optimize communication impact using data and analytics tools

Your Qualifications as Interim Communications Manager (m/f/x):

  • Extensive experience in senior communications roles, with proven leadership skills and expertise in digital strategy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered an asset
