Customer Service Representative

Your responsibilities:

• You serve as the first point of contact for your French-speaking customer portfolio and collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.
• You coordinate the timely delivery of products, manage any delivery issues, and actively seek out solutions.
• You register and handle complaints efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner.
• You maintain oversight of prices and contracts and accurately enter these in the system.
• You support the Sales department with commercial reporting and analysis.
• You process all administrative tasks accurately in the ERP system and provide backup support to colleagues.
• You contribute to the training and guidance of new team members.
