Our client is a leading international company active in engineering and technical consulting. It supports large-scale projects in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

For its Sales & Tendering department, we are currently looking for a Sales Assistant who will support the team in the preparation and coordination of offers as well as prequalification files, while providing efficient administrative and organizational support throughout the tendering process.
 

Vos responsabilités

As part of the department, your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Support the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification dossiers, and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate document exchanges with partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update tracking tools, dashboards, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Organize and coordinate key meetings (Go/NoGo, kick-off meetings, proposal review sessions)
  • Contribute to the standardization and organization of reference materials, CVs, templates, and administrative documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and procedures
  • Guarantee alignment with client administrative requirements throughout the tendering process
  • Manage document handling activities, including reproduction, registration, distribution, and archiving
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, technical teams, and support functions to ensure smooth communication and coordination

 

Votre profil

 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an asset
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, with at least a B1 level in English
  • Detailoriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a structured manner
