Your responsibilities also extend to working closely with our customer success managers and their clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. * Product Influence: Act as the voice of the "Customer Solution" within the core engineering team. You will have the mandate to suggest and implement changes to the core product that make customization easier and more powerful. * The "Product Thinker": You aren't happy just "finishing tickets." You want to improve the way things are built and provide ideas that elevate the whole product. * The “Excellent Communicator”: You can explain "the why" behind a technical decision to both a developer and a non-technical marketing manager.
