Partner with the wider HR Ecosystem to ensure delivery of a compliant employee experience. Work collaboratively and pro-actively with the business, employee representative groups and other committees to ensure statutory compliance and trusted working relationships. Be the main contact for crisis management and business continuity planning, such as emergency response, disaster recovery, and employee well-being programs. Develop and manage employee engagement programs and activities, including resource groups and well-being initiatives. * Proven experience working with Workers Councils / employee representatives - Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence leaders, employees, and external partners.
