As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Implementation teams and play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and sustainable growth. * Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development. You combine partner and customer success, commercial mindset, and technical affinity to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term usage of our digital solutions. You understand both the business challenges of partners and accountants and the technical and process-oriented aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial administration.
