As a Sales Enablement & Transformation Manager, you will own the "Lead-to-Cash" journey by ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is optimized for a subscription model. * You design, implement, and "enable" the end-to-end commercial processes and toolkits required to drive Banqup's SaaS growth, ensuring our technology (Salesforce) and our people are perfectly aligned. * Salesforce Optimization: Act as the functional "business owner" of Salesforce. * Sales Technology & Process Enablement: Create high-impact materials focused on leveraging our core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support the sales team in achieving their targets, including process guides, best practice cheat sheets, and tool-specific playbooks. * You are highly proficient in Salesforce.
