Tijdens een intensief opleidingstraject van zes weken (opstart begin juni) dompelen we je onder in de bankwereld: je leert onze producten en diensten kennen en ontdek je hoe je klanten op een professionele én warme manier te woord staat. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden * Je bent een adviseur op afstand: je helpt klanten telefonisch met hun dagelijkse bankzaken. * Je luistert actief, ontdekt commerciële opportuniteiten en stelt oplossingen voor die perfect aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant.
