As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Process Technology Manager is responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products at the site. We are a business-to-business company, serving the entire food sector, from the cocoa bean to the finest chocolate product. It supports manufacturing teams in building capability, implementing process improvements, commissioning equipment, and evaluating new technologies to improve product quality, optimize performance, and reduce costs. * Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) and PTF (Product Transfers) in collaboration with R&D and Innovation. * Identify challenging products and improve process capabilities by aligning specs with actual performance.
