To further establish and expand our independent onshore service footprint in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Country Manager (m/f/d) with a strong operational background in wind turbine service. This role combines overall country responsibility with the opportunity to strengthen operational structures, expand the serviced turbine portfolio and further develop our market position across two closely connected wind markets. The position can be based in the Netherlands or Belgium, ideally within the border region between both countries. * steering country-level budgeting, forecasting and KPI-based performance management * leadership and development of the country organization across both markets * experience leading smaller or developing country organizations is an advantage * Deutsche Windtechnik GmbH & Co.
