As our Compensation & Benefits administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Annual Review Process. This team-led process manages, records, and approves internal compensation changes, transfers, and promotions for employees and leaders across the Eurofins network. * Support the preparation, printing, approval, scanning and filing of Annual Review Process documentation bundles. * Help oversee the tracking of documents and approvals through review processes. * 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role is ideal, while experience in finance, payroll or HR processes is considered a plus.
