Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND extensive experience with HR or related experience (e.g. hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies Demonstrated competency in local best practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements (such as GDPR, health & safety, benefits, and local documentation).
