Responsible for the day to day running of our Antwerp restaurant and the point of contact for all employees of Antwerp restaurant. * Point of contact regardingreservations, troubleshooting, specific requests, and complaints. * Responsible for the distribution of work, monitor its implementation in accordance with the guidelines. * Lead by example of hosting, taking care of guests, serving food & drinks, and engaging with customers. * Supervise the maintenance of the restaurant.
