Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRIS specialists, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. We are seeking a HRIS Manager (Workday) to lead the day to day operation, evolution, and continuous improvement of our Workday HR platform across multiple modules. You will manage the HRIS specialists, take application ownership, lead projects and act as a key interface between HR, IT, and the business. * Own the delivery, configuration, and operational performance of Workday across modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Recruitment, Reporting, Integrations). * Oversee testing, release management, incident, and change processes, ensuring operational excellence. * Lead and deliver HRIS and Workday global projects, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies. * Manage dependencies with IT teams and external partners. * A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on operational leadership.
