As the Digital Content Manager, you will be the strategic owner of Banqup's primary public-facing website, driving its success as a core marketing and sales channel. You will be responsible for the creation, governance, and optimization of all website content, setting its strategic direction, and ensuring the user journey maximizes engagement and conversion. * Content Management and Governance: You manage the end-to-end content lifecycle for the website, including planning, writing, editing, publishing, and maintenance via the Content Management System (CMS). * SEO and Performance: You leverage the expertise of the internal SEO Specialist and use web analytics tools to drive content optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and overall site performance. * You oversee quality assurance, ensuring the website is free of errors and provides a premium user experience across all devices.
