The Team Lead Sales BeLu will be the key driver of commercial execution across our Women's Health and Bone Health portfolio. You will lead and coach a motivated team of sales representatives, ensuring flawless field implementation of brand strategies in both Gynaecology and Osteoporosis, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. • Hands-on and pragmatic leader who thrives on teamwork, clarity, and mutual respect. Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve excellence in execution. • Minimum 5–8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or field coaching role.
