In deze rol sta je midden in alles wat met klanten te maken heeft, van pre-sales tot garantiebeheer, logistiek, kwaliteitszorg en nieuwe vraagmodellen zoals leasing of abonnementsvormen. * Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in engineering, finance, business of iets gelijkaardigs. * Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Operations, B2C Customer Success of Support. * Je ziet problemen als uitdagingen, analyseert de oorzaak, en vertaalt data naar acties. * Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van klantenteams over meerdere markten of merken. * Flexibiliteit on-site: je bent regelmatig aanwezig in Mechelen of Amsterdam.
