You understand both the business challenges of partners and accountants and the technical and process-oriented aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial administration. * Technical & Process-Oriented Support * Support partners in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Translate partner requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product or Technical teams when needed. * A strong technical understanding of terms such as API,SFTP, Integrations, Postman/Insomnia, Swagger/OpenAPI, Webhooks. * Strong listening skills and the ability to explain technical or complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
