IT Support Technician (On-site, Level 2) We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide on-site Level 2 support in Leuven. * Follow IT service desk processes and best practices; * 1–3 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a Level 2 or similar role; * Support small-scale IT projects as assigned.
