Vanaf de eerste werfbespreking tot en met de oplevering bent u het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en de ploeg op de werf. * Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de klant en de werfleiders om een soepel verloop van de bouw te waarborgen. Duidelijke en transparante communicatie over de planning en mogelijke gevolgen is essentieel. * U werkt nauw samen met de technische directie. Om dit te doen beheerst u alle klassieke activiteiten van een werf en de verschillende werkfases van fundering tot voorlopige oplevering. * Je zorgt voor een goed verloop van de toegewezen projecten, u verzekert de administratieve opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines en kosten binnen ...
