We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide on-site Level 2 support in Leuven. IT Support Technician (On-site, Level 2) * Follow IT service desk processes and best practices; * 1–3 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a Level 2 or similar role; The focus is on Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Windows enrollment, basic Intune administration, and remote user support. You will follow established procedures, help build our knowledge base, and contribute to small IT projects. * Support installation and inspection of complex systems with guidance as needed. * Manage and support Microsoft Entra, M365, and Active Directory (user lifecycle, group policies, permissions); * Provide basic support for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting; * Support small-scale IT projects as assigned. * Occasional after-hours support or project participation may be required;
