Als IT Service Desk Medewerker / IT Support Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze zakelijke klanten. * Ervaring in een service desk- of supportfunctie is een plus

Troubleshooting Als Managed Services medewerker sta je in voor het oplossen van IT alerts van B2B-systemen (1st, 2nd en 3rd line support). Je beantwoordt de binnenkomende meldingen, analyseert deze en stelt de juiste vragen om een beter beeld te krijgen van de situatie. Op basis van jouw analyse neem je de gepaste acties om het probleem op te lossen. Daarnaast neem je deel aan gestandaardiseerde opdrachten waarbij je een voorbereidende rol speelt voor projecten van Support en System Engineers. Monitoring - Je doet de intake van IT-gerelateerde incidenten en service aanvragen en deze log je in het ticketsysteem. Samen met je binnen het team behoud je een overzicht van de openstaande tickets. Je waakt erover dat deze op gepaste wijze worden afgehandeld binnen de vooropgestelde SLA's.
