Je beheert en zorgt voor de follow-up van de uitvoering van de projecten met inachtneming van de planning, het budget en de vereiste kwaliteit (opstellen van een gedetailleerde planning, regelmatige follow-up van deadlines, budget en kwaliteit, reporting van de voortgang van het project en de ondervonden problemen, communicatie tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen, risicobeheer, ...). Je stimuleert, coördineert, motiveert en begeleidt de medewerkers die bij het project betrokken zijn. Je hebt aanzienlijke beroepservaring op het gebied van IT-projectbeheer (bij voorkeur op basis van Prince2).
