Une première expérience en assistanat de direction est appréciée. Elle valorise un environnement de travail collaboratif, structuré et dynamique, où l'autonomie et la proactivité sont au cœur des pratiques. Le développement personnel est encouragé, et des projets transverses passionnants permettent de toucher à différents aspects du business. * Support à la direction : préparation des rapports et présentations pour la direction, suivi des projets internes et transverses, gestion des priorités et des échéances. * Support RH : assistance à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, suivi des procédures administratives et des tableaux de bord RH. * Une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais est requise. * Maîtrise de MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) ; une connaissance des ERP (Odoo, Winbooks) est un plus. * Proactif(ve), réactif(ve) et rigoureux(se), avec un bon sens de l'analyse et de la communication.
