Je helpt de organisatie meer data-driven te maken door teams te begeleiden bij het invoeren van gemeenschappelijke normen, praktijken en tools. • De rollen en verantwoordelijkheden voor Data bepalen en operationeel governance stimuleren. • Leiding geven aan het Data Governance- & Data Quality-team en rapporteren aan de Data Officer. • De driemaandelijkse Data Council organiseren en voorbereiden om de strategische afstemming en prioritering van data-initiatieven te waarborgen. • Leiding geven aan de Data Community en optreden als ambassadeur van de datacultuur binnen de organisatie. • Toezicht houden op de implementatie en het onderhoud van tools voor metadata management (catalogus, glossarium, woordenboek) en data quality (vakregels, validatiemotoren).
Als Senior Data Engineer maak je deel uit van het data team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de implementatie van het gemeenschappelijk dataplatform bij een klant die een belangrijke speler is in de sociale zekerheid voor de domeinen werkloosheid, loopbaanonderbreking en tijdskrediet. Je bent actief betrokken bij de ingestion fase van de data lifecycle —van allerlei source systemen naar het Data Platform, die gebruikt maakt van de medallion architecture — en het verwerken van de gegevens in de eerste twee zones van het lakehouse. Samen met de binnen het team zorg je voor de orchestration opdat data accuraat, toegankelijk en afgestemd is op de noden van de organisatie. • Configureren van source-to-target mapping om ruwe data om te zetten in Data Vault-componenten (incl. hubs, links, satellites and PIT tables) • Automatisch genereren van Data Vault-structuren met VaultSpeed

Als Data Architect speel je een centrale rol in het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van het platform voor gegevensanalyse. • Je definieert de architectuur van de verschillende functionele componenten van het platform: integratieprocessen, datakwaliteit en -validatie, data lake, data warehouses, secure processing environment, datacatalogus, advanced analytics & AI, enz. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de data-architectuur en de technische architectuur van het analytische dataplatform. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren van de conceptuele modellering van de data. Je werkt samen met de projectteams (, , , BI-ontwikkelaars, data-architecten) doorheen de gehele projectlevenscyclus op een pragmatische en Agile-manier.
