This team-led process manages, records, and approves internal compensation changes, transfers, and promotions for employees and leaders across the Eurofins network. You will work closely with our HR and Finance teams, as well as, key employees and management. * Assist in reviewing the data of forms and reports to help identify, report and resolve issues or outliers. * Reliable, trustworthy, and confident in handling both confidential and sensitive information, with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
