Act as an of the Banqup platforms and related Banqup solutions, supporting in their digital administrative and financial processes. * Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform. * Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows. * Support partners in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development. * Assist in coordinating small to mid-sized customer initiatives, keeping track of scope, priorities, and follow-up actions. * An interest in developing a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
