As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Implementation teams and play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and sustainable growth. * Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development.
