The Team Lead Sales BeLu will be the key driver of commercial execution across our Women's Health and Bone Health portfolio. You will lead and coach a motivated team of sales representatives, ensuring flawless field implementation of brand strategies in both Gynaecology and Osteoporosis, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve excellence in execution. • Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to translate data, market insights, and field feedback into actionable strategies. • Monitor and analyse performance data (IQVIA, CRM/OCE, KPIs) to identify opportunities and corrective actions. • Partner with Marketing and Medical teams for consistent messaging and impactful scientific dialogue. • Oversee T&E, budgeting, and activity planning for the field team.
