This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical products, is willing to visit customers when required, and is keen to develop both technical and commercial skills in a hands-on environment. * Provide product and technical consultations and conduct training for customers and (online and on-site). * Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer needs. * Advise clients on product operation, maintenance, service requirements, and troubleshooting. * Register and manage customer claims related to damaged goods, shortages, incorrect shipments, or warranty issues. * Work closely with quality, logistics, and service teams to resolve claims efficiently and fairly. * Willingness to visit customers and provide on-site support in the future.
