In order to support the growth of our Finance Department, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our HQ Team in Brussels. * You already have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a Business Analyst, consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in the services sector ; If you are passionate about Africa and Business Transformation, this position is for you ! You're responsible for providing practical solutions that the business can implement when experiencing challenges with systems. * Needs Analysis: collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs and user requirements related to our IT systems ; * Documentation : maintain business models, functional designs, and system documentation ;
