NMBS-SNCB * Brussel * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Voltijds - Solliciteer als één van de eersten - Waar ga je werken? Je zal reizigers helpen in één van de stations van de zone Brussel. Hoe maak jij mee het verschil? Als onderstationschef verzeker je de veiligheid van de reizigers en van je collega's in het station. Samen met je help je elke dag duizenden . Daarnaast zorg je mee voor stipte treinen. Op die manier draag je direct bij aan de doelstellingen van NMBS. Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ? * Je informeert in het station maar ook jouw collega's (treinbegeleiders, Securail, …). * Je helpt en begeleidt met beperkte mobiliteit, slechtzienden, ouderen, … * Sommige treinen worden gesplitst of gekoppeld in het station: je ziet erop toe dat dat veilig verloopt en de reizigers in het juiste treindeel terechtkomen. Je kan ook zelf (ont)koppelen en een remproef uitvoeren.

Je stuurt de werkorganisatie dagelijks aan en volgt deze op. Je volgt de stock van voedingswaren en gewassen materiaal (plateaus, trolleys, borden, ...) op. Je gaat de correcte bewaring en opslag van voedingsmiddelen na. Je waakt over en ziet toe op het naleven van de HACCP-regels. Je gaat na of het geleverde eindproduct correct is en binnen de opgelegde tijdspanne wordt afgewerkt. Je volgt het onderhoud en de schoonmaak van de werkplaats op. Verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de financiële regels van de unit en de auditcriteria voor alle Traysettingactiviteiten; Faciliteert en voert audits en dagelijkse rondgangen uit (inclusief audits van het veiligheidsmanagementsysteem, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsaudits); * Leadership
