                          For our new product called Vmax, we're looking for an Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to help our customers, which are large e-commerce websites, drive paid campaigns' conversion rates and profitability. * use your analytics expertise to conduct experiments and analyse results for our customers. * plan, prioritise, and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement for our customers. * collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales to implement test strategies and make sure learnings are shared across the whole company. * collaborate closely with Product to make sure Vmax provides our customers with the needed web analytics, heatmaps and merchandising insights to continuously improve conversion rates and engagement.

                          We do not manufacture ourselves, but distribute products from top manufacturers to electrical installers and other customers. Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. * Around 3–5 years of experience in application development and/or integration. * First experience with application architecture or solution design is a plus. * Experience in building interfaces between systems. * Experience with at least one relational database (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Initial experience or strong interest in AWS or Azure. * Interest in ERP environments (sales, invoicing, product/customer master data). * Experience with Git or another version control system. * Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
