As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure our Customer Success Managers can deliver a seamless and impactful experience to Verbolia's clients. * Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience * 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support, Onboarding, or Operations role (ideally within SaaS or digital marketing) With a suite of cutting-edge SaaS solutions — including Vpage (high-performing landing pages at scale), Vmax (page experience personalization), Vlink (scalable internal linking), and Vmerch (product recommendation engine) — we help our clients unlock their full digital potential. You'll collaborate with internal teams, support onboarding processes, monitor performance data, and contribute to process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
