Zo zorg je ervoor dat de processen, applicaties en verschillende business units op elkaar worden afgestemd binen één geïntegreerd IT-landschap. * Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen IT, business en externe partners en ondersteunt en teams met structuur, projectmethodologie en best practices. Als PMO ben je de ondersteunende en sturende factor binnen de projectorganisatie die zich ook toelegt op de implementatie.
