Simultaneously you will empower our sales teams through world-class training, playbooks, and toolkits. You are the vital link between Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, and bridge the gap between our strategic vision and our daily execution. You will identify and fix bottlenecks in the CRM to ensure a seamless handoff between Sales, Finance, and IT & Operations. * Sales Technology & Process Enablement: Create high-impact materials focused on leveraging our core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support the sales team in achieving their targets, including process guides, best practice cheat sheets, and tool-specific playbooks. * Onboarding: Own the "speed-to-productivity" for newhires, ensuring they master both our Sales methodology and our internal tools/processes. You ensure that Marketing's lead generationeffortsalign with Sales' reality and that the "handoff" is frictionless.
