Pour renforcer notre équipe, basée à Asse, TranzCom Energy recrute un coordinateur SAV expérimenté en installation, réparation, dépannage et mise en service d'équipements électriques auprès de clients dans l'industrie. En tant que Coordinateur, vous planifiez le travail des auprès des clients en fonction des priorités et compétences de chacun. * Vous planifiez et attribuez les interventions des techniciens de l'équipe SAV auprès des différents clients * Vous veillez à ce que les techniciens disposent des accès nécessaires auprès des différents clients et qu'ils disposent des formations / habilitations nécessaires pour les travaux à réaliser * Vous vérifiez, contrôler le bon déroulement des interventions réalisées par les techniciens et informez le client en cas de changement ou d'imprévu * Vous traitez et répondez aux demandes des clients
