As a Client Delivery Partner (CDP), you are accountable to Microsoft's largest customers for the successful planning and execution of transformational programs. Your core responsibilities include developing executive relationships with customers in a matrixed environment by bringing relevant industry insights and solutions that enable customer success in the marketplace. You work across organizational boundaries—including Customer Success, Account Teams, Specialist Sales, Engineering, leadership teams, and the partner ecosystem (GSI/ISV)—to align on the customer's long-term success and ensure a high bar for quality, performance, and value. Drive outcome-based client value through digital transformation, innovation, and industry thought leadership.
