As our Sales admin and bid officer you will be part of a team of 8, further developing our customer base across Belgium. * You will support our in their daily activities: manage , build relationships, prepare and follow up on meetings, assist with RFI/RFP responses - Manage and update sales and AMS contracts - Prepare quotes, agreements, sales materials, tools, and presentations - Support the Bid Office with proposals and documentation * You take a proactive role in customer management: contact clients for contract renewals, identify process improvements, and challenge the sales team to meet deadlines * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a Bid Office environment
