The Cook will be responsible for the daily preparation and cooking of authentic Chettinad and South Indian dishes, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Chettinad or South Indian cooking, a passion for authentic flavors, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prepare and cook a variety of Chettinad and South Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options such as Chettinad Chicken Curry, Pepper Chicken, Fish Fry, kuzhambu varieties, dosas, idlis, and appams. Make South-Indian desserts: payasam (semia/paal), kesari, halwa, jangri/adhirasam, laddoo, sakkarai pongal. 3–5+ years proven experience on **dosa/tawa stations**, **Chettinad speciality** and with **South-Indian desserts** in a professional kitchen.
