You will help the business “operationalise” the OR Policies by developing local OR procedures, by hosting or trainings and by hosting and engaging the business to identify and resolve OR events as well as acting as Secretary for a several OR Governance Committees. * Support, advise and train the Local Business and to raise awareness and ensure applicable group policies, procedures, methodology and processes are implemented locally * Follow-up the audit recommendations completion proactively as needed in coordination with the local * Minimum of 5 years' practical and relevant experience (e.g. Risk Management, Audit, BPM, Internal Control or Compliance)
