Dans le rôle de responsable d'équipe sur le site de GSK, nous cherchons une personne passionnée par la gestion opérationnelle (de « terrain ») et les métiers techniques. * Vous avez un tempérament de teamleader, vous êtes assertif, fédérateur et êtes force de proposition et vos aptitudes communicationnelles font partie de vos qualités principales - Enfin, nous attendons d'un manager qu'il se conforme au niveau de qualité en respectant le système de management de la qualité de Sodexo et celui du client. * La gestion financière et commerciale : Répondre financièrement du site, gérer les fournisseurs extérieurs (négociation, établissement des contrats, etc.), soutenir le développement du contrat commercial en apportant au LIS Manager un regard sur les possibilités et opportunités de croissance (augmentation de scope pour Sodexo, …).

As part of Virya Energy's hydrogen activities, you'll join a specialized team developing a growing portfolio of hydrogen production plants across Belgium and the Netherlands, with ambitions to expand further. We combine production development with innovative infrastructure solutions through DATS 24's refuelling network, while actively shaping the hydrogen market by establishing strategic partnerships with off takers. This unique position allows us to drive the entire hydrogen value chain forward, from production to end-user applications. * Monitor project planning, milestones, and overall achievements. * Manage project costs and resource allocation.
