Je wordt onmiddellijk onder de hoede genomen van de commercieel directeur, de global direct touch verantwoordelijke en onze Belgische sales collega's en krijgt de nodige interne opleidingen van de betrokken afdelingen (technische basis, sales & marketing en productmanagement). Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in sales/business development, bij voorkeur in de toegangscontrole/beveiligingssector * Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in actieve B2B sales of business development, idealiter in de beveiligings- of softwaresector

Do you have a passion for sales and technology? * Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and your Account Executive colleagues, ensuring a smooth handover to accelerate the sales process. * Work closely with sales and marketing teams, providing valuable customer insights to optimize campaigns, content, and product developments. * Has at least some initial experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, technology, or IoT. * Has experience with CRM systems, and familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
