Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en volgt verschillende op tijdens hun stage zodat zij een positieve en leerrijke ervaring hebben binnen het Wit-Gele Kruis Vlaams-Brabant. * Je polst wekelijks bij de student naar het verloop van de stage, en gaat minimum twee keer samen op ronde. * jouw collega's begeleiden en coachen gezien ook zij op ronde gaan met de stagiair (bv. tips omtrent constructief en concreet feedback geven). * verantwoordelijk zijn voor de tussentijdse - en de eindevaluatie van de stagiair. * samen met de andere stagementoren en de stagecoördinator steeds reflecteren over hoe we onze stages verder kunnen verbeteren.
